PING INTERNET
WORST INTERNET COMPANY EVER! COULDNT PROVIDE 100MBPS AS PER THE CONTRACT SIGNED. CONFIRMED SUCH AFTER 3 MONTHS OF NO TO SLOW INTERNET BUFFERING CONSTANTLY AND NO SIGNAL. NO CONTACT ALLOWED WITH MANAGEMENT TO DISCUSS OR RESOLVE THE MATTER, JUST CONSTANT RUN AROUND FOR 3 MONTHS AND LOGGING NUMEROUS SERVICE CALLS. WE HAD TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT AT OUR EXPENSE TO NO AVAIL. CHANGE EQUIPMENT TWICE AND THEY NOW BLACKLISTED US FOR NOT PAYING FOR A SERVICE THEY COULDNT PROVIDE! STAY AWAY!

PING INTERNET BAD SERVICE
Having problems with internet service, been calling the MD for weeks to reslove the matter, who just never returns my calls. i tried through customer care, sales and their technical departments but no help from a senior from Ping Now to crown it all i must pay R50 for not wanting a debit order to make payment for services i am not happy with.

PING INTERNET BAD SERVICE

There is no customer care. Experiencing unacceptable network jitter. No support
There is no customer care. Experiencing unacceptable network jitter ( can't watch internet protocol TV on Vumatel 50/50 fiber line for days). They don't care. Waiting for days for something to happen, there is no response, no support.

Ping Internet BAD Service provider.
Very bad service. Constantly without internet, staff cannot give you straight answers. It's quite disappointing and frustrating to deal with Ping. I have logged 10 calles in two months with them and almost every week they have issues. I just want clear and honest communication from them and to get what I pay for.

Ping Fibre Provider
Our fibre connection went down after 15:00 yesterday - got sms advising expected outage time 1 to 4 hours @ 15:55 - it is now 12:23 the next day and still not restored (20 hours later) no further updates and no-one taking calls - shocking as brought our business to a total standstill since yesterday- we work a 24 hour day

Our fibre connection went down after 15:00 yesterday - got sms advising expected outage time 1 to 4 hours @ 15:55 - it is now 12:23 the next day and still not restored (20 hours later) no further updates and no-one taking calls - shocking as brought our business to a total standstill since yesterday- we work a 24 hour day
