PING INTERNET BAD SERVICE

Having problems with internet service, been calling the MD for weeks to reslove the matter, who just never returns my calls. i tried through customer care, sales and their technical departments but no help from a senior from Ping Now to crown it all i must pay R50 for not wanting a debit order to make payment for services i am not happy with.
