Not impressed at all!!
It took a month after I made a payment for a GHD repair for them to have the next excuse why it could not be sent back to me. In the meantime, after almost 6 weeks, I asked for my money back. Still waiting for the payment after numerous promises were made. Maybe use them if you could walk into their repair shop and look them in the eye, but I would not recommend using them over a long distance. They have my fixed GHD and my R799. Not impressed at all!!

bad service. confirmed the delivery address and date for my uniform at my branch which was great, Until the delivery date came and my uniform wasn't delivered.

Pathetic customer service
<p>Placed and order on monday with payment for overnight courier. A week later and no feedback or progress on order what so ever! I keep phoning them with them telling me they wil sort it out..again nothing..no sorry ,no progres report, no feedback at all! Not even n hint of effort from their side! Your 100% customer satisfaction just went down the drain!</p>

GHD fixed in no time
ION Originals fixed my GHD within minutes and because they were unavailable when I traveled from Pretoria to Fourways, the delivered my GHD to no cost. They understood my predicament when I was unable to wait AND took initiative to deliver my GHD in Pretoria. Thank you very much for your excellent service which I will make sure everyone knows about.
