It took a month after I made a payment for a GHD repair for them to have the next excuse why it could not be sent back to me. In the meantime, after almost 6 weeks, I asked for my money back. Still waiting for the payment after numerous promises were made. Maybe use them if you could walk into their repair shop and look them in the eye, but I would not recommend using them over a long distance. They have my fixed GHD and my R799. Not impressed at all!!
I am working for Brainline as a teacher since 2020. It is the best place you can imagine to work at. Management look after their employees. They always make sure that our needs are met. I love every day at Brainline! ♥ - Cecile Erasmus
