Pathetic customer service

<p>Placed and order on monday with payment for overnight courier. A week later and no feedback or progress on order what so ever! I keep phoning them with them telling me they wil sort it out..again nothing..no sorry ,no progres report, no feedback at all! Not even n hint of effort from their side! Your 100% customer satisfaction just went down the drain!</p>
