ipanema - BAD SERVICE

Ordered the 13 Dec 2024 , no delivery to date, they do not answer any form of contact, even if u report them, I see they don't comment or resolve any issues. Pls can someone advise what courier company they use , cause apparently my order was sent out on the 17th Dec 2024.
