False advertising
They only care about money . Everything there was old the fridge was not working when we called the maintenance lady told us she's not available and the pillows had a bad smell

ipanema - BAD SERVICE
Ordered the 13 Dec 2024 , no delivery to date, they do not answer any form of contact, even if u report them, I see they don't comment or resolve any issues. Pls can someone advise what courier company they use , cause apparently my order was sent out on the 17th Dec 2024.

I placed an order over 10days ago, received email communication to say my order has been delivered and I must review the product!!! Courier company hasn't received the parcel yet for delivery, no one answers customer service emails or the telephone number.

This brand is exceptional.
This brand is exceptional, offering outstanding quality. These flip-flops are remarkably durable and have a long lifespan. I've probably ordered 8 different pairs already. I would highly recommend them.

Order not yet received at it is out of turn around time.
I placed an online order on the 15th of Dec and I still have not received the shoes I order.The only email received was on the 17 indicating that the staff will be delivering within 3 working days.Infortunately the order have not arrived and its christmas day in 3 days.
