VERY poor service cant get hold of them telephonically and NO reply on emails. My order no is IP6359. No update since they took my money!
Another almost 4 weeks later and numerous phone calls I still do not have my refund. I have sent numerous emails an apparently they are not getting it. This is pathetic!
It has now been over a month that I had to make numerous calls and emails to Makro's call centre as I have only received 1 product instead of 2 when they delivered my online order. I was promised a refund that would have been in my bank on the 7th working day and that would have been 16 Aug. Guess what, I am still waiting and NO reply to me emails!! Pathetic!!
I have cancelled my cellphone contract with numerous contacts. Were told all will be cancelled once I have used all the airtime etc on the phone. Now my contract has been re-instated and a debit order went off my account. I have contacted FNB Connect twice now and just keeps on getting cut. Cancel the contract on 0615402584 and ensure my debit order are reversed!!!
Poor Poor Poor. Placed a order in September. Order were supposed to ship early October when I originally placed the order. Then I received an email that it will only ship 4 weeks later 18 October, guess what? I am STILL waiting. Don't even bother to phone because you will never receive a person to talk to. A week after the product was supposed to ship, I receive an email so say please wait 3 months... This product was supposed to be used for a wedding on the 15th of October 2021. So MAYBE sometime next year or the year thereafter I will receive this product. My order number is #000053462
Very frustrated. Phoned to cancel one of my contract numbers in dec, no cancellation happened on 31st dec. So, on the 4th of Jan I contacted them AGAIN and the contract were cancelled with immediate effect (all contract amounts reversed). Now I have been struggling since Sunday to get a credit / debit order amount adjusted as I am not willing to pay a full contract for contracts usage I had from the 1st to the 4th of the month. Today I receive an SMS to say my service request 1-34880999520810 has been closed. So, I got on the phone a contacted 082135 was told to speak to 0821946 then to 0821945 then again to 082135 then were told to speak to 0821946. I don’t know what to do anymore as I am gatvol now.
Well I have had only bad experiences at Burger king Tambotie mall. Once again tonight, first they got the order wrong with only one kiddies meal when I requested the second meal I was told that I had to go around the drive thru again. Well there were no cars behind me, I reversed to the 1st window to pay for the second meal. Eventually after hooting and waiting about 10min I eventually were helped and the lady apologised. Once I received the order I checked that all was there. I did not receive the cards for the kiddies meals as they do not have stock. Then I asked for a credit or something so that I can collect once they receive stock. I then had to request for the two icecreams that is supposed to come with the meals. This was given to me in no extra holder so I had to drive 10km home with two icecreams melting in one hand. Not to worry as when I eventually arrived home, the order that was marked chilli cheese sandwich had some ****ty lettuce and a dried out chickenpatty on it... Sooooo I had to drive another 20km, asked to see the manger and all I got was "o did you not get a chilli cheese sandwich" not even a sorry mam that you had to drive all the way back here is a free cup of our bottomless coldrink to say sorry. VERY DISGUSTED!!
<p>My aunt and I went to Vodacom in Randfontein on the 1st of October already to do a change of ownership. The nice lady Bianca assisted us to do the paperwork. She sent this to the head office for processing and it has now been 3 weeks and the only feedback she gets from head office is that our paperwork is in the que waiting to be assigned. Surely this can NOT take almost a month to get assigned to a person???</p>
<p>On 18 aug just before 11 I spoke to the client services on 111. Asked to add a 2GB data bundel to one of my contracts the lady came back and said they had a promo and it will only be R190.49. I accepted this rate. I phoned back the last week of aug to query this rate that i was charged the wrong rate. I was then told to call after the 3rd as invoices are not processed yet. Phoned now and after 22min on the phone and being transferred to the aftersales department to check the recording of my initial call. I was told that they cant check the recording and correct the price as i was promised... Very very upset </p>
<p>I went to Vodacom in Randfontein on the 3rd of April to do a sim swop as well as can cell the BIS services. I confirmed 3 times with the consultant that they will cancell the BIS service and she confirmed yes its done. On the 25/04 I called the 111 number just to make sure the BIS services are cancelled. Their system were giving errors and she were to phone me back and this never happened. Well today I phoned once again and the lady in the call centre only cancelled this today, 3rd time lucky I guess. Well I have always been very happy with vodacome untill today. This after standing in a que for almost 40min on a sunday IN STORE!!??</p>
