I cancelled my subscription in December already and the debit order are still going of my bank account. Everything time the customer care says it has been done, but it's still going of.

Bad service from Vodacom After numerous requests to move my internet to my new address I decided to try and cancel my Business Internet Wireless. Months passi g by and no joy. Contact person is Mmabatho Mashibye from Vodacom SA. In the mean time they debit my account each Mont and I don't even use it. I'm at vodacom for 15 years now. Maybe it's time to change my provider.

I am struggling to get to the correct department for weeks now to relocate my fibre after I moved to a new address. I want to cancel my contract because I'm paying fir a service that I don't receive. Home fibre says I'm on a business fibre but who can help me with my query..... I tried business fibre with no luck
