After sales service sucks

Bought car in December. Send jason the sales person that assisted me a msg because i never recieved a new License Disc. Many month of being ignored i finally called the manager of the dealership. Then Jason could not ignore my msgs any more, found out the document where never sent to do change of ownership, had to send car through test and all of that. It is now almost a month later since talking to the Manager and still no license disc in my hand. Was promised a week ago i will have it in my hands, the week came and went still nothing and yet agian i am ignored. This was the third car i bought there and is defnitely the last car.
