HORRIBLE HORROR

If it were possible, I would have gave it zero stars. Horrible horrible company with unacceptable service. I made a payment plan with them 2024 early, got my parcel and paid for it without failing, end of 2025 November it was my last month of the payment plan. They called and we agreed that it was my last month of paying. There were no discussion of renewing the contract whatever that they call it, the next minute an amount is being deducted from my back without my authorisation and later a parcel came. I did not agree to this arrangement and they don’t pick up their calls. I’ve been waiting for them to come collect their parcel for 3 weeks now. There’s no communication or whatsoever.

When I confronted them about this misunderstanding, the lady literally said “ we thought you’d like to continue “ like what the hell. Continue how? Without talking to me and taking my money, that’s theft.
