I am extremely dissatisfied with B Wellness /IPS regarding unauthorised transactions that have been processed through my account. I have attempted to resolve this matter directly; however, no action has been taken and the funds have still not been reversed. This serves as my final notice. I demand that the full amount be refunded within 48 hours of this post. Failure to do so will leave me with no option but to escalate this matter further and proceed with legal action. I expect this matter to be treated with urgency. When i addressed the matter this was the response from one of the consultants Samantha van Veyeren Live Blood Specialist + Front of House Good morning Tselane, Thank you for contacting b.wellness 🍃 Please note that our membership is free and will not insure any monthly charges for you. Being part of the b.Club just means that you will receive a monthly discount code from us at no cost to you, this is just our way of saying thank you for supporting us on our journey

If it were possible, I would have gave it zero stars. Horrible horrible company with unacceptable service. I made a payment plan with them 2024 early, got my parcel and paid for it without failing, end of 2025 November it was my last month of the payment plan. They called and we agreed that it was my last month of paying. There were no discussion of renewing the contract whatever that they call it, the next minute an amount is being deducted from my back without my authorisation and later a parcel came. I did not agree to this arrangement and they don’t pick up their calls. I’ve been waiting for them to come collect their parcel for 3 weeks now. There’s no communication or whatsoever. When I confronted them about this misunderstanding, the lady literally said “ we thought you’d like to continue “ like what the hell. Continue how? Without talking to me and taking my money, that’s theft.

They are a terrible company to deal with. I was sent products I didn't really want and when I saw the amount I had to pay. I immediately wrote to them and told them to take it back. They told me to just continue taking the pills. I said I can't afford it. They don't care!! Now they lawers trying to black list me. They suck,

I spoke to Lane Thursday Last week was the 5th Feb 2026, I told her I never wanted the product (the Vitamins), I couldn't afford it. She told me that she would stop the debit order and reverse it immediately, it will take 3 to 5 working days. There was a delivery to come out to me, which she said she had stopped as well. Well the delivery came yesterday on the 9th Feb 2026. Now they only want to refund me once the recieved the parcel back in the warehouse. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I need that money to return I nmy account.

Not a joke when you say that this is what was agreed on and they listen to the recordings kama just to inform you that they feel this and that not that is just bulltwang took my money said 90day back ***ol and your kama health agents are very pushy just want thier way mos to empty your pockets but there is a sister company thats “the connection” wanna get rid of them

IPS Health and Wellness appears to be operating a *****ulent scheme. They claim to offer a “free gift” in connection with their products, which ultimately do not work as advertised. By the time customers realize this, they are already locked into a 12-month contract without having given informed consent. I have repeatedly requested a copy of the voice recording between myself and the sales agent to verify what was agreed upon, but the company has continued to evade my requests and provide no meaningful response. Due to their lack of transparency and cooperation, I am now considering pursuing legal action.
