I am extremely dissatisfied with B Wellness /IPS regarding unauthorised transactions that have been processed through my account. I have attempted to resolve this matter directly; however, no action has been taken and the funds have still not been reversed. This serves as my final notice. I demand that the full amount be refunded within 48 hours of this post. Failure to do so will leave me with no option but to escalate this matter further and proceed with legal action. I expect this matter to be treated with urgency. <p>My car was booked for almost 3 weeks and I have only been called once regarding the progress of the car.I have been calling and the lady assisting has been promising to call me back.At the moment I have been using a car that I have been borrowed by the car dealership Toyota Malibongwe and because of the car sercurity features my laptop was stolen from the car .How long does it take to fix a sunroof and would someone care to call at least give me an estimated time of when to collect my car.Three weeks has been long driving a car that is not mine let alone the inconvenience this has caused .Of course I will not be able to travel anywhere because of the risk.Im very disappointed with the service.</p>
