Carport disaster job

Early Dec '18 --Iron-Steel started off with good service,deposit payments made...but it became a fiasco. Workers were dropped off with pre cut poles, which turned out to be too short after it was cemented. A badly excecuted "correction" followed. Delays in completing the job started, communication via telephone/email/sms/whatsap with this company became near impossible. Eventually after 3 weeks structure was up - 3m x 3m instead of 3m x 5m, no finishing & clean up of cemented area, then was told that the price did not include paint, net cover fastened with cable ties. Promises of fixing the whole thing has not been honoured. Since found out that some staff members who I dealt with, is no longer employed there. Calls & emails still go unanswered. Have to get someone else to fix this.

Names of people dealt with: Shannon - manager/admin/partner ?/ not employed any longer. Jonathan - site supervior? Stanley - welder/ not emplyed by Iron-steel any longer. Do not make use if this company.
