Isabel Estate Northriding should be called Zoo Estate

Isabel Estate in Northriding should change the name to Zoo Estate. This is the worst residential complex to reside in. Security is useless and there's no peace. You pay so much rental fees and get nothing but noisy, drunk neighbors, loud music and parties from Thursday to Sunday. Public holidays are worse.
