The estate is beautiful and modern really. However management is a let down: the noise is ridiculous (sounds like a sound off at times, weekends mostly, and no penalties or some form of regulating is put into action). Not a place to live if you seek peace of mind. Someone commented, here in the reviews, that it should be called zoo estate, and I sadly felt that.

The estate is beautiful and modern really. Most Beautiful estate
Most Beautiful estate, safe and secure, the security have up their game regarding to noise levels, its really pleasant living at this estate. would recommend this estate to any buyers or tenants

Isabel Estate is not as pretty as it looks from the main road
Had the worst experience when my rug was taken from the grass area while it was drying and it was thrown at the dustbin area..i don't understand how it's normal to then to throw something that is of value to me in the trash area simply because we are not allowed to put our stuff on the grass area.. I am not excusing that I didn't k ow about that rule but could they not have atleast fined me or given me a warning than to take my clean carpet to the most filthy place. I'm really disappointed in the management as well as body corperate. This truly is a ****** hell whole to live in💩💩😏do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you plan on staying in northriding.

Isabel Estate in Northriding should change the name to Zoo Estate. This is the worst residential complex to reside in. Security is useless and there's no peace. You pay so much rental fees and get nothing but noisy, drunk neighbors, loud music and parties from Thursday to Sunday. Public holidays are worse.

Isabel Estate in Northriding should change the name to Zoo Estate. This is the worst residential complex to reside in. Security is useless and there's no peace.
