The estate is beautiful and modern really.

However management is a let down: the noise is ridiculous (sounds like a sound off at times, weekends mostly, and no penalties or some form of regulating is put into action). Not a place to live if you seek peace of mind. Someone commented, here in the reviews, that it should be called zoo estate, and I sadly felt that.
