The service was SHOCKING! I booked a treatment package for myself and my sister and her husband, which I had arrenaged weeks before the treatment. 20 minutes before we were due to arrive at our appointment I recieved a call from them to say that the sauna wasn't working (for which I had to ASK for a refund-or else they would've happily charged me for a treatment I was not getting). I then got another call 15 minutes before saying that there was only 2 massage the******s in for the day and that I would have to wait over an hour for tem to finish before I would recieve my treatment and they would have had to wait over an hour for me to finish my treatments when they were done. The whole point was to spend time together as they were on holiday from Johannesburg. I was also told that the treatment package included facials which I found out on the day was not true. I tried to call the manager on duty, Linda, and niether myself nor the staff were able to get hold of her. I unfortunately got a voucher to use at another time as I did not have the time to go for my treatment and only our out of town guests were able to go for theirs. The lady at the hotel reception was the only helpful person there. It was an aweful experience.
