Rude,unprofessional & threatening tactics.

Warning: Ismael Attorneys - Unprofessional & Rude Behavior I've been dealing with Ismael Attorneys regarding an account handed over to them. Despite multiple calls and requests to set up a debit order, they've failed to send the authorization for approval. Instead, they've bombarded me with emails and SMS, claiming I'm in arrears and threatening action. When I called to discuss payment arrangements, the lady insisted on 10% upfront, which I can't afford. When I explained my situation, she passed me to a manager who shouted at me and wouldn't listen. Both were rude and unprofessional.

Multiple reviews on Hello Peter echo my experience - poor communication, aggressive tactics, and ignoring calls. I urge others to steer clear of Ismael Attorneys.
