They of no use don’t help at all , very delayed and respond after 48 hours or later. The rates are very questionable .legal resellers have to follow the rules with they are not . This is the worst remote electricity company . Let’s not go to deposits and hidden fees tenants need to pay . Not to mention I have a baby and had no electricity for 3 days because they don’t work on weekends and they had a problem with the immediate payment apparently my reference number is confusing so it took 3 days to identify and later took them 2weeks to load my account . Don’t recommend this to anybody . Not to mention the electricity randomly goes off then back on
