I have never been billed this highly for electricity since moving into Fynbos estate in cape town. At my previous place I payed R500 per month now I'm pay R200 almost daily. This is a complete ****. If you call them the keep forwarding your call to different people. They are draining us all in this complex. Some people don't even get billed but they have electricity. I've been paying R2 per sms that they send to remind me to top up that I didn't even know about they change EFT fees when you top up aswell

They of no use don’t help at all , very delayed and respond after 48 hours or later. The rates are very questionable .legal resellers have to follow the rules with they are not . This is the worst remote electricity company . Let’s not go to deposits and hidden fees tenants need to pay . Not to mention I have a baby and had no electricity for 3 days because they don’t work on weekends and they had a problem with the immediate payment apparently my reference number is confusing so it took 3 days to identify and later took them 2weeks to load my account . Don’t recommend this to anybody . Not to mention the electricity randomly goes off then back on

This company is very *********** and super inconvenient. Besides over charging us unfairly(you are away on holiday for some days but the water and electricity bill will be calculated for those days even though you unplugged your plugs when you left, where I stay we sometimes have no water for a week but literally the bill for water will be calculated), each month they calculate water bill which will make your balance to become negative, they do this before the month end day and literally every month. Once they put your balance on a negative then they disconnect, and they don't care that the month has not ended yet. Somehow, they expect people to always have money to pay them, they are greedy and evil. I only stay here because is closer to my work but the service from RMS guys is terrible and evil, I am always fighting every month. Best thing guys if you get apartment and they use RMS my advice is run away because your rent amount will be fluctuating each month, and you will be ********** by these greedy people in the name of RMS company. The agents are also very rude and when you escalate an issue to them, they always take their time.
