We have a fibre account with ISP AFRICA, Account code: WAY007. but Vumatel is our provider. We haven’t had any internet for more than 5 days now on the below address and NO ONE from Vumatel or ISP Africa bothers to update us or tell us when we will have internet again. I REFUSE TO PAY FOR EVERY DAY THAT WE DID NOT HAVE INTERNET!.
