The Namibian iStore is a World Heritage site. Employees are flown from across the globe to uphold the standards at the Namibian iStore. What standards you may ask? The worst, most terrible, retarded, unhelpful, life-sucking, hateful, suicidal experience of you life. They have never been able to fix anything our family have brought in, from macbooks to iphones. They don't do friendly- or helpfulness, you have to be sorry you entered their store. Their tech support is understaffed. And their products are programmed to slow down so you are forced to buy the newer model... Steve Jobs to Apple with him when he died. Apple is dead.

On 26.02.2015 I brought my IPhone 5 in for repairs at the Apple Shop in Namibia. I was told that they were able to fix it and that it will be done and ready for collection by Wednesday. On Wednesday I returned to the store but they were very busy and were unable to assist me and I left without a phone. I returned to the Apple store on Thursday 05.03.2015 to finally pick up my phone
