Jacksons OR Thambo ****hole. Service does not exist. I sat for 15min, and watched other people get up to get a waiter's attention. They were congregated in the corner of the restaurant in that typical I-dont-give-a-poes-about-service cluster. Jacksons has terrible service, every time Ive been there.
The Namibian iStore is a World Heritage site. Employees are flown from across the globe to uphold the standards at the Namibian iStore. What standards you may ask? The worst, most terrible, retarded, unhelpful, life-sucking, hateful, suicidal experience of you life. They have never been able to fix anything our family have brought in, from macbooks to iphones. They don't do friendly- or helpfulness, you have to be sorry you entered their store. Their tech support is understaffed. And their products are programmed to slow down so you are forced to buy the newer model... Steve Jobs to Apple with him when he died. Apple is dead.
Piece A Pizza OR Thambo Ridiculously expensive and also bad service. Really not worth the money. I paid R76 for a Sprits which is worth R10. Pizza is size of my two hands, R100. No. Just fokken no.
Took me a week to get through to the call center - I phoned world wide cous I was so desperate. No way of emailing them, no email address on website. The contact form which I filled out online, is still unanswered. EVEN THE PROCESS TO LAY A COMPLAINT ON THEIR WEBSITE IS IMPRACTICAL AND RETARDED, to be frank... I thought Swissair would be one of the more professional companies to approach. Eventually got through to a lady at South African branch, then she couldn't answer my questions, and kept me on hold for 2mins till I hung up. In the end Packo from SA branch helped me with simply adding a bicycle to my booking.
