Horrifying!!! This is "Diner" Section of Piece A Pizza We were on our way to Europe, so stopped for a "snack" before going to the boarding area. I chose two *small baguette rolls* probably about 15cm long; one with cheese and the other with some meat in it and two tins of cold-drink. It was in the vicinity of R360.00. There were no prices showing in the display case to inform victims that they are about to be ****med/**********/F**** and not in a nice way. And to top it all, they were dry and unappetising. I gather that the owners: 1. Dont care; 2. Dont read reviews; 3. Think most suckers who buy their over priced under quality food are brimming with USD/Euros or other first world currency; 4. Pathetic. To add insult to injury the staff behind the counter were, as usual, apathetic, unhelpful, unfriendly. Stay away from Diner Piece A Pizza

I hope this message reaches you, although the abysmal service we recently experienced at your establishment leaves me questioning the level of attention and care your team devotes to customer satisfaction. To put it bluntly, if I could rate your restaurant a zero, I would do so with unbridled enthusiasm. Our recent visit, which should have been a pleasant family meal before a long flight turned into an excruciating ordeal that compelled me to express my extreme dissatisfaction. We endured an agonizing 20-minute wait for a waiter to take our order, despite our persistent attempts to flag down someone, and even going so far as to approach the kiosk directly. Our appeals were met with empty promises, and it became abundantly clear that our presence was either disregarded or considered inconsequential. The mind-boggling aspect of this infuriating experience is that the restaurant, by no means a sprawling eatery, has servers who are literally facing all the tables. It defies logic that, even with their eyes on us, not a single server found the time to take our order promptly. Frustrated and increasingly irritated, we made the decision to leave the restaurant. Astonishingly, not a single soul from your staff bothered to inquire about the reason behind our abrupt departure. It seems inconceivable that such indifference could exist in an establishment that relies on customer patronage. What adds salt to the wound is the observation that, shortly after our departure, another patron was seated at the same table and received prompt service within a mere ten minutes. The stark contrast in treatment leaves me pondering whether this is indicative of a deeper issue, possibly one rooted in **************. I am compelled to express my discontent in the hope that it serves as a wake-up call. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy displayed by your team is not only disheartening but also indicative of a severe lapse in customer service standards. As a dissatisfied customer, I implore you to take immediate and meaningful action to rectify these issues. If your establishment continues to operate with such disregard for its patrons, it may find itself devoid of customers who expect a modicum of respect and efficiency.

Piece A Pizza OR Thambo Ridiculously expensive and also bad service. Really not worth the money. I paid R76 for a Sprits which is worth R10. Pizza is size of my two hands, R100. No. Just fokken no.

Terrible service, you have to fetch your own menu, write your own order and then go find a waitron who then thinks bad service is a joke. Used to be impressed but now unimpressed. Would no longer recommend. Waitrons stuff face behind counter instead of providing service while looking at poor hungry customers. This is KAK customer service!!!!!!!!!! And a disgrace for ANY international airport. PS food and drink remains goodish and let’s hope no one spits on our food. PSS. My mother hopes they will tip her for doing their job.

Ordered a toasted cheese sandwich for R60. It was the worst toasted cheese sandwich I have ever eaten. They used cheap processed cheese and very thick tomatoe slices. Definitely not worth the money charged. In addition, they had no coffee available at 8am and the manager was not even aware of it, he blamed another manager who was not even there...

<p>I was having lunch on 26 Jun and sat facing towards the kitchen exit/entrance when I observed a female waitress with a tray containg a glass of water about to exit when another female waitress walked past her and picked up the glass and took a sip of water from the glass and replaced it to the tray. The waitress with the tray then casually continued into the dining area and delivered the same glass of water to a customer!! Shocking</p>
