Keep on spam calling my business, looking for someone who does not work here. They have been told this 5times already. If they can't understand a simple sentence like that, I don't see how anyone can trust them with their legal matters. Utterly useless!!
Receiving emails has become a huge problem, I would not recommend their services especially for business use, I rely on emails for OTP's etc and have been unable to process any work since 8am this morning.
Since they have changed their login procedure, using their services has become a nightmare. OTP's and/or password reset instructions are not delivered, leaving you stranded, been trying to login for 2hours today. Nothing simple about "simplepay". Unfortunately I will be moving away from what was once a great product.
Service advisors do not respond to chats, waiting 2 hours for somebody to respond! My query involves a forex purchase, I need to check my order history, however that feature does not work on the online banking platform,
Ordered a product which showed "in stock", as soon as I placed the order and paid, the delivery date was extended. It has now been extended twice in two weeks. I have been forced to cancel the item. Such a waste of time! No apology from Takealot either.
Ordered high tide platters from this branch, food came without sauce, when queried with the manager and waiter, they were adamant that this meal comes without sauce. I showed them proof on the OB app where I ordered the exact same item from the same branch and it gives you an option for sauce, The manager tried to deny and said that I ordered from Mr.D, but I showed her its the OB app. The entire meal and experience was soured due to the nonchalant attitude of the staff. Not only that but the insinuation that I am a ****/ dishonest in front of close company was quite upsetting! I have been a loyal customer of this branch since they have opened, to be treated like this is absolutely unacceptable. I reported the incident via the OB website on 22/08/2025. Up to date nobody has contacted me. Hence my post here.
Unwanted spam calls, somehow managed to buy/ ***** my contact information from VW Financial services.
Leaked my contact details to budget insurance. I clearly opted out of all marketing options when signing my contract.
Changing over Sage One cloud based accounting was a huge mistake. There are constant problems with their server which leaves me unable to operate my business effectively. Their phone support team are utterly useless. They are not even deserving of 1 star. Do not bother wasting your time or money with this pathetic excuse of accounting software.
Tried contacting FNB Home Loans via email regarding a few queries I had. Their automatic reply stated that they would reply to my query within 48hours. Unfortunately this was not the case, I am still waiting for a reply. Seems that are only efficient in collecting their monthly service fee.
