Stay away from Simplepay
Since they have changed their login procedure, using their services has become a nightmare. OTP's and/or password reset instructions are not delivered, leaving you stranded, been trying to login for 2hours today. Nothing simple about "simplepay". Unfortunately I will be moving away from what was once a great product.

Perfect
I don't know why this is not more popular. I have a small company and used to do my payroll en Easyfile manually. I switched at the begining of the year and it has been an absolute pleasure. Easy to understand; very will priced; up to date with everything; submits your UIF info to Ufiling - just perfect!

SimplePay - Simply Impressive
I am presently evaluating SimplePay Payroll. The thing that impressed me most is the way the company keeps its customers informed. This was particularly evident during the Lockdown due to COVID. Besides regular informative updates the system was so changed to facilitate extraction of data for uploading to support claims for UIF benefits. Note: This is an unsolicited review.
