We did renovations to a property and had to order ISO Board ceiling for the project. We emailed them with the measurements to get a quote and received feedback within an hour. Garth was very helpful and friendly. We made and eft payment the evening and it was delivered the next morning at 08:00. The Customer service was excellent from the start and the prices are reasonable. The product is very good value for money and was easy to install.
We are extremely unsatisfied with the service from CTM Richmond Park. We ordered and paid for tiles and was promised that it would be delivered early on Wednesday Morning 7 Feb 2024. They even told us that it was delivered while we were on the phone with them. After a lot of phone calls and empty promises, the Sales Representative told us that it is a long story, but he tiles were brought back to the store. She eventually had to arrange someone else (who had to take his lunch first) to deliver with a bakkie. We arranged for the tiling team to be on site early (and we have to pay them for the time on site) but CTM did not stick to their agreement. In future we would rather stick to more reliable Tile suppliers.
We visited the Dischem at Table Bay Mall recently. We had a special request for certain Health and fitness products that would not be allowed under normal circumstances. John, Staff and Management went out of their way to assist us. We really appreciate the great service.
We bought 2 doors from Builders and booked an installation online. The installation was ordered on the 13th of October and we requested it to be done any day from the 17th. On the 19th we went to builders to inquire about the installation because no one responded. At Builders someone had to phone 4Sure and initially they could not find my order. After they found the order, they came to install it on the 21st of Oct. The installation team did not have the right tools for a door installation. They cut the door with a jig saw and cut the gap for the hinges on the wrong side of the door. They did not have a planer. They started at 9am and finished at 19:30 for two doors. They drilled a hole right through the door when they installed the lock. Both doors are incorrectly cut and doesnt fit in the frames, so it can't close. I mailed Kabelo on the 24th and lodged a complaint against the installation CUS-2553. On 27th of October we mailed Tebogo who was working with the complaint again for feedback on the matter and they replied they are still busy with it. Someone from the Service Department phoned me to rate the service, and I gave 0 for every question, and he asked me if I am for real. I explained to him the situation and he promised to look into the matter. On 1 November they sent someone to do an audit on the installation, he took some photo's of all the mistakes and said if I am in a hurry I must follow up with Builders warehouse to speed up the process to get my doors fixed. It was an ongoing back and forth emails and telephone conversation process and nothing came to a conclusion. The Manager of Builders took it upon himself, to resolve the issue. He contacted 4Sure himself. The installation team phoned me and told me to install new frames. The frames were build when the building was build about 45 years ago. They just needed to fit the doors into the frames. In the end they came out and planed the door on the one side to close and it still did not close properly and I had to sand it myself with a grinder disc on the hinges side. I would never recommend this service where Builders advertise that they will fit your appliance or doors to anyone.

Do not apply for roles advertised, this is a fraudulent scam. Job Id: JD203859, Bookkeeper Position advertised at Company in Bellville is not legit. Was copied and pasted by Fraudsters from a previous add in Feb 2019 and some of the info is not even correct as the Industry is definitely not Fertilizers/Pesticides.
<p>A month ago I orderd a dress from Floryday for R580 and the shipping amount was R156.25, so I paid the total of R736.25. Ussually all costs (customs etc.) are included. I starting quering why it was taking so long after a month and they only then responded that I need to request an invoice from the Courier Company because the package is more than R500 and is held at customs. Apparantly it will be sent back if I dont pay the custom fees. I requested the invoice and it is more than the dress! R627.69. If I knew that the Floryday website is so misleading I would not have bought anything from then and directly bought something from a local shop. I will just consider it as a bad experience and move on because I know I wont get my money back. </p>
