Although I have encountered some extremely frustrating and time consuming experiences with the last bit of my debt review experience, but I have always received great and helpful assistance form the DebtBusters team. Their team have helped me manage my monthly payments and have allowed me to successfully payoff my debt ahead of time.
Quick and efficient response with regards to query
Yello! The service provided to me by MTN is absolutely ridiculous. MTN breeches contract by debiting me on the wrong date, causing me to have a bad credit score with both them and the bank, and then have the audacity to tell me it's not their fault and that they won't refund me the D/O fee or the unpaid item fee that resulted because of their technical error. I have been trying to sort this out now for almost two weeks now and NOTHING is being done. I launched a complaint with them yesterday, and then did an EFT seeing as I intend on keeping my end of the contract, and they then sent me an SMS saying my query is resolved. PATHETIC
Terrible service, you have to fetch your own menu, write your own order and then go find a waitron who then thinks bad service is a joke. Used to be impressed but now unimpressed. Would no longer recommend. Waitrons stuff face behind counter instead of providing service while looking at poor hungry customers. This is KAK customer service!!!!!!!!!! And a disgrace for ANY international airport. PS food and drink remains goodish and let’s hope no one spits on our food. PSS. My mother hopes they will tip her for doing their job.
Debonairs North Park has absolutely terrible, slow service. Would definitely NOT recommend.
