I am writing this on behalf of Mr.NN Kgomo who bought a brand Double cab Isuzu bakkie in 2023, however this bakkie has been a pain since the start, he has been taking this bakkie back to the dealerships so many times it is now becoming a joke, a brand new bakkie that has so Many issues than a used one and I am starting to think that he was sold a bakkie that didn't pass the tests to be in the market. As we speak now the drivers seat is unadjustable, imaging you are driving and your seat just goes forward or backward without been moved.
A complaint has been registered on their website with Reference WBCCC0836, There was a response requesting him to narrate the Events, it is now over a week with no response from Isuzu South Africa.
I am writing this as it appears that there no other platform to get anyone's attention to address this matter.
Looking forward to hearing at least a response with next steps going forward.
