OK so I purchased a laptop from this company in 2016 and by the 1st of January 2017 the Laptop was faulty. The on and off button was flickering, I spoke to the gentleman and he didn't want to fix it because he said he didn't sell the laptop under warranty to me but he will do it as a favour excuse me a favour what do you want in return for this favour?
Now the laptop is broken again I mean a few months later after I haven't used the thing. It says it needs a BIOS reset we did that still not working and oh just to find out the windows he loaded was corrupt as well after he showed me I had warranty on the windows.
I think I should report him to Microsoft as well.
