They debited after I closed my account. I requested to pay the cancellation fee the 27th of march but they debit my account again after I cancelled so thus I didn't pay the cancellation fee. Then they debited my account the 3rd of April and then again now the 25th. They have this lady that harrases you and keeps on sending voice notes. Their services is very unprofessional and I will not recommend them to anyone ever again.
Not recommend so rude! We used them told them the importance of not being late as we will miss a wedding and what happend they are an hour and 45 min late but not the worst about the experience how they speak to their clients are revolting after they made a mistake. I will never recommend them.

I have to say making our holiday bookings I thought this company was a scam to pit findings we loved our holiday trip to Zanzibar and everything was amazing from the service to the assistance, the only thing they can improve on was letting us know about the late check out. After saying they will inform us we received no communication then asking them to please let us know if they arranged the late check out they dais they will provide feedback but no feedback was given. That's the only thing that they can improve on I will definitely recommend booking your next trip there.
OK so I purchased a laptop from this company in 2016 and by the 1st of January 2017 the Laptop was faulty. The on and off button was flickering, I spoke to the gentleman and he didn't want to fix it because he said he didn't sell the laptop under warranty to me but he will do it as a favour excuse me a favour what do you want in return for this favour? Now the laptop is broken again I mean a few months later after I haven't used the thing. It says it needs a BIOS reset we did that still not working and oh just to find out the windows he loaded was corrupt as well after he showed me I had warranty on the windows. I think I should report him to Microsoft as well.
<p>We were at Upper deck this past weekend the 28th of May, my cousin got enganged and we thought lets have breakfast afterwards at upper deck. I prebooked a table and after I said outside they sat us inside. We then moved outside after waiting very long for the drinks the waiter had it wrong and the hot chocolate I ordered the milk was off and there were pieces in my hot chocolate this is pathetic, then receiving new drinks we waited 30 minutes just to place a food order our waiter went missing. Eventually we ordered food it arrived and it was COLD ICE COLD AND THE WORST PART IS THE EISHBEIN WAS STILL RAW!!!!! I mean I know it isnt a fast food restuarant but really at least serve us some hot food! I have never had such bad service and I will never tell anyone to go eat their.</p>
