Black people not recognised ,bad customer service
Staff attitude and service is very bad they only recognise white people only ,if you black they dont even greet you We visited Upperdeck restuarant in Harteesportdam on 12 May for mothers day lunch, me my husband and daughter at the entrance there were 2 ladies chatting to each(Fallon and the other) we greeted them they didnt even respond then after us a family of 4 white people came they smiled and greeted them and escorted them to the table us we still sitting down no one to serve us, we approched one waiter(Reason) and asked him about the service if black people are not allowed or what he said black people they dont have money for tips thats why they ignore us i was shocked on how we treated as black africans in other places and its not the first time this happening to us im so sad Thanks to Washington for recognising us if hes not on duty we will leave without eating

UPPERDECK HARTBEE****RT
I had the privilege of having breakfast at upperdeck in hartbee****rt dam and absolutely wonderful! The service was fantastic, the food was out of this world! Thank you very much upperdeck! you will definitely see me again!

UPPERDECK HARTBEE****RT

Upperdeck Hartbee****rt dam slow service
Service was terrible. Waited for more than an hour for food and when it finally arrived my chips was cold. And food are too expensive as well. Will never go there again. Upperdeck Hartbee****rt dam will never see me again.

Horrible service
<p>We were at Upper deck this past weekend the 28th of May, my cousin got enganged and we thought lets have breakfast afterwards at upper deck. I prebooked a table and after I said outside they sat us inside. We then moved outside after waiting very long for the drinks the waiter had it wrong and the hot chocolate I ordered the milk was off and there were pieces in my hot chocolate this is pathetic, then receiving new drinks we waited 30 minutes just to place a food order our waiter went missing. Eventually we ordered food it arrived and it was COLD ICE COLD AND THE WORST PART IS THE EISHBEIN WAS STILL RAW!!!!! I mean I know it isnt a fast food restuarant but really at least serve us some hot food! I have never had such bad service and I will never tell anyone to go eat their.</p>

Manager not fit for duty?
We were in Balito on a week vacation and while there we visited Upper deck. The food was really good, service was better than all the restaurants I usually dine at and the place had a good atmosphere.<br> The problem I had was when the food arrived, one of the staff (who we were informed later was the kitchen manager) who helped to bring our food to the table, decided to stand next to us for a while after, being a nuisance as if he was waiting for money? It was very strange , my wife still thinks he had been drinking , but drinking on duty...really? <br> <br> I really enjoyed the place but refuse to go back there for as long as that man is an employee and I am willing to bet this is not the only incident where customers feel uncomfortable because of him.
