I placed an online order and payment was done at 11:30 with galito's in brits yesterday. The driver phoned me 1 hour later to advise that he had an accident and the food would need to be prepared again as it had fallen on the ground. Another hour later and I phoned the store to be informed that they would phone the driver as the food is out with him for delivery...another hour went by and still no food. It took them more then 4 and a half hours to find out what was going on and to deliver the food that was ordered. The personnel working for them are absolutely rude, they have no idea how to work with customers and it is definitely not a place that I would recommend to anyone to buy from. Very very poor service!!!!
My fiance pre ordered a game for his Xbox series and we received an email on the 05/09/2023 to say that payment would be occurring soon, 5 minutes later R1789.00 was deducted from his bank account. 2 days later we receive another email to say that there was an error with the payment and we should change the payment option. Twice thereafter they tried twice with a debit order for the same amount. A person cannot get hold of them telephonically because your calls get cut and their website is absolutely terrible with no assistance whatsoever. Now we have received another email today to say that the order was cancelled by them on their side but no mention of the R1789.00 being returned to his account!!! This is absolutely terrible service and we need answers!!!

I had the privilege of having breakfast at upperdeck in hartbee****rt dam and absolutely wonderful! The service was fantastic, the food was out of this world! Thank you very much upperdeck! you will definitely see me again!
On a personal level I have been struggling with this company since January 2020. I asked for their assistance with regards to a legal matter and the manager was extremely arrogant which in turn made me cancel my membership with them, However they ignored my cancellation and carried on taking their monthly membership fee. I have contacted them with regards to cancelling the membership and asking for a refund for the months of February until the end of August. I still have not received any refund to date and no email correspondence to date with regards to the matter!!!
My mother took her dog in after being attacked by 3 bigger dogs, the vet basically just stitched the wounds without cleaning them first and a gaping hole was left in the dogs flesh, the vet said that this was done to drain the wound, 3 days later and the dog was getting worse, my mom went for a second opinion only for the other vet to have done a scan and there were two holes in the dogs lungs. the wound that was left untreated was badly infected internally. I find that this is really unexceptable as this dog may loose its life due to poor service and then they aren't shy on charging for these so called services!!!! VERY INHUMANE!!!
