Terribly poor service at Marco’s in umhlanga

Found hair in my food. I asked for the bill and they charged me full price for the meal. The waiter said they couldn’t find the manager. Waited 15-20 minutes but apparently he/she couldn’t be found. So I paid the bill and left. I blame the manager for the poor service. Will not be eating there again.
