For my first time, I signed a contract, unfortunately without understanding well. However, the agreement was +R1500 per month and about 20c for a B/W printout and about 50c per color. So, as we started, the rent not a problem but printouts charging was not correct. I complained, we also noticed that while we were printing, for instance 4 pages, the printer sent 44 pages, so the wrong reading was sent to Itec, and this was one of the reasons we were receiving the incorrect bills. I called, emailed, did all I can no genuine assistance at all.
I decided not paying those invoices, they stopped supplying the toner, which they were they were gave only 1% in the bottle. So, I couldn't use the printer anymore, no money to pay the rent.
They just unfairly sent my name to the credit bureau.
This is my sin going blindly to this kind of company. They must remove my name wherever they have sent it and assist, correct what went wrong. Stop punishing vulnerable people from their own fault. I have a family, children who need food, who are studying, they need a shelter, etc ... listing my name, do Itec imagine what IMPACT does it cause?
Please double check how Itec charges what you really print!
