I cancelled my Itec contract after being a loyal paying customer for 18 years .Never missed a debit during that periodThey refused to cancel on due date and insisted i give another 3 month notice period which i duly did .So effectively paying another 3 months after contract expired.That was Nov 2022 .Since then i am being harrassed constantly month after month with new bills for each passing month.This is how they treat customers whom have been with them for 18 years !
