Itech lock you into contract and do not honour it
I signed a new deal with Itec for our company in Jan 2023. they stopped providing toner in Dec 23 and have charged me monthly for rental for over a year despite the numerous complaints to the customer service consultant (Tshepo) and Daryl. Two ladies came to see us over a week ago to try and fix the matter. Not sure what the result will be but we have no feedback with regards to the money we were ****** of for over a year! Itec, surely you must be ethical. You lock us into contracts and do not provide the service? That is pathetic!

Itec totally unprofessional & *********
Their contracts say 36 months yet you need to give another 3 months notice. Surely this cannot be legal ! They send threatening mails and are totally unprofessional. Will never deal with them again !

I cancelled my Itec contract after being a loyal paying customer for 18 years .Never missed a debit during that periodThey refused to cancel on due date and insisted i give another 3 month notice period which i duly did .So effectively paying another 3 months after contract expired.That was Nov 2022 .Since then i am being harrassed constantly month after month with new bills for each passing month.This is how they treat customers whom have been with them for 18 years !

Itec SA deceptive
DO NOT do business with ITEC. Do not trust them. Unethical, unlawful and deceptive!! Contracts do not conform to Consumer Protection Act. Takes advantage of small businesses. Expensive rates! Ridiculous contract terms, and no ownership at the end of term. Fine print at end of contract unreasonable which forces you into extending contract period.

Just want to say a special thanks to Thembisa Mfundisi, for such incredible services. With in five minutes my issue was resolved and I had spent hours on the phone the whole of yesterday . Would definitely recommend her for her great attitude, great service and would also like to mention that she is very welcoming and gave us service with a smile . Keep up the good work

ITEC Worse Printer and PABX company in SA
Worse service i have EVER received! We are in tourism and COVID hit us the worse. That help we received from ITEC was beyond a joke!! Please please stay away. I am trying my best to get out of this contract!!

iTech - Please respect my wishes and STOP CALLING ME to sell me stuff!!
iTech refuses to understand that I will NEVER in my life make use of their service EVER again!! I have been getting calls from them "to come and see me so they can talk to me about my phone system and printing solutions". I am not interested! I have had clients that made use of iTech in the past and most of them moved on to better service providers. I have made it VERY clear that I do no plan on EVER doing any business with them again, still they keep phoning me, weekly. In the past week I have had 5 calls from 3 different people at iTech trying to get me to commit on a meeting. I have asked MANY times that they PLEASE stop calling me, but they just keep on phoning ... Is there anywhere where I can report them ?? This is really getting out of hand!!!
