Just an order of events that we should reflect on: Order placed 12 Jan Order received 7 Feb 1st Return Request Mail sent 9 Feb – Reply Received 10 Feb 2nd Mail sent re no collection taken place 26 Feb - Reply Received 3rd March 3rd Mail sent re no collection 3rd April – No Reply 4th Mail sent re collection taken place but no voucher received 8th May – No Reply again 5th Mail sent re no voucher or reply 21 May – Extremely rude & threatening mail received 22 May So in summary you took my money and my order at 1 click of a button I send 5 mails to return my goods and still have no voucher from 9 Feb to 22 May 2,5 months later ?! I am the customer and now I am the rude one …… Sorry but I do think you need to re look the way you handle returns and the way you treat your customers this will not be good for longevity of your business. Please mail me my voucher so that I can use it on the sight if you are not willing to refund my money. AND THIS IS THE REPLY I GET... problem is I dont like the way you talk to us I dont do refunds on size issues im willing to do the exhchange only take it or leave it. the more you scream the longer this will take.
I booked a ticket through Travelstart which was voided on their side for no reason. I battled to sort it out until I wrote a review on hellopeter. Only then did they assist me. They promised me a R1000 voucher and re instated my ticket but ONLY if I removed my review on hellopeter. They then rebooked my ticket but said it was too expensive and hence could no longer give me the R1000 voucher as initially promised. Once my ticket was re-instated within 24hours I receievd an extremely abrubt call from Avril insisting I remove my review. She then took it apon herself to have my review deleted. Hence this is my second review from an extremely unpleasant experience experience and I will never use them again !
Their contracts say 36 months yet you need to give another 3 months notice. Surely this cannot be legal ! They send threatening mails and are totally unprofessional. Will never deal with them again !

My flights booked were cancelled and its been a week and still no feedback. No refund or communication received. At this stage unless rectified they are *****sters as they have taken my money and cannot confirm my flight.
