ZERO assistance or feedback, So poor....
I see the other reviews and ours are the same problem, ZERO assistance and feedback. Not a great company to deal with, Highly recommend using another service provider

False promises
On the 30th Aug 2022, I tried to get a special from MAKRO that was advertised. I went to Strubensvalley branch to request a quotation on a certain picnic bench x 4 marked down to R2999 per bench. I was given a quotation and the salesman ensured me that they had stock. I returned the very next day to pay cash as this was the last day of the special. NO STOCK. I asked them to find out from other branches and was told by the inventory manager that they would make a plan including giving me the discount. I even showed them the cash from my pocket to pay but was told to wait with payment. Now they are refusing the discount.... pathetic to say the least.....MAKRO can DO BETTER for thier customers......all we want is to pay the discounted price as promised...
