I bought tickets for the Blue show and now I’m chasing the refund since the show was canceled but no luck. I received a prompt email back telling me to contact a personal email about the refund and someone will get in touch. When I reach out via phone call the call goes straight to voicemail.
The show was first postponed and now finally canceled it only right for me to get my refund. I also had to find out online that the show was canceled. There was no communication sent out via the platform I purchased my tickets on. This is bad service and I will never purchase tickets on iTicket.co.za again. Why do I have to chase ?
