Absolutely appalled with them. I bought 'Early bird special' tickets x 4 in 2024 for the CTC Country Music Festival in CPT 2025. They obviously couldn't get the artists they promised so then postponed the show to middle of the week (Wed) from a saturday which I am sure most couldn't make.. We had bought flights and paid for accommodation in advance based on their first concert dates.. lost big time on the flights as we couldn't get a refund and Airlink made sure they *****ed us over when we tried to retain something from those flights. The show was then moved again and I couldn't stand it anymore, I couldn't give the tickets away so asked them for a refund. They said up to 21 days for my refund. It is now 3 months and every time you follow up you're given their robot mailer they send out, not even addressed to my name.. just thanking me for my continued patience and assuring me it is taking a long time to process the refunds. I am appalled at the shoddy treatment, I want my refund and will NEVER use Itickets again or buy an early bird anything.

I have made numerous attempts to attain my refund for the Tickets I purchased for the BLUE concert that was initially postponed and later canceled. There was no formal communication from iTickets sent to my registered account email to inform me that the concert was canceled and when kept checking online it showed that it was scheduled for the 14/10/2025. Thereafte, whilst searching for the ticket download link I came across a notice that indicated that the concert was canceled and that I must contact a personal email related to Cool Concerts for my ticket refund. It's been a month and I have sent numerous emails to wynanddevilliers@outlook.com which was the email address given to request the refund. This is poor service and I am really irritated with the lack of response. I want my REFUND!!!

I bought tickets for the Blue show and now I’m chasing the refund since the show was canceled but no luck. I received a prompt email back telling me to contact a personal email about the refund and someone will get in touch. When I reach out via phone call the call goes straight to voicemail. The show was first postponed and now finally canceled it only right for me to get my refund. I also had to find out online that the show was canceled. There was no communication sent out via the platform I purchased my tickets on. This is bad service and I will never purchase tickets on iTicket.co.za again. Why do I have to chase ?

So my fiancé bought me tickets to a concert which in turn was then rescheduled and now i can't go, so they refusing to refund me cause they say it must go through Cool Concerts and Cool Concerts say no its for ITickets. How unacceptable, first they postpone, then reschedule and now promised refund with NO refund.

We purchased 5 tickets for the Steve Hofmeyer IKOON concert on 29 March 2025 that got cancelled/postponed at the DHL Stadium Cape Town. The new date in October does not suit us and as such we have requested a refund from TopTickets. However TopTickets claim iTickets need to refund us, as the funds are in escrow with iTickets. At this time, between TopTickets and iTickets I am R1,812.50 out of pocket - supposedly ****** from me! How is it that money can be taken for a service to be delivered and when that service is not delivered, the money simply can be held, in other words, ******!

After patiently waiting in the online queue for an extended period, I followed all the necessary steps, including completing the payment process, with everything seemingly in order on my side. However, when redirected to the next page, I did not receive any confirmation of my purchase, and no payment was processed. This is a clear issue on your end. I am not the only one experiencing this problem; many others have voiced similar complaints, which only intensifies my frustration. What actions are you taking to resolve this matter? It's unacceptable to simply shrug this off without addressing the underlying issue with your system. As a ticket supplier, it is your responsibility to ensure a seamless process for customers, and it is clear that your system is not functioning correctly. This is also not my first query!!! I expect a prompt resolution and some form of compensation or alternative solution for the inconvenience caused.
