I have made numerous attempts to attain my refund for the Tickets I purchased for the BLUE concert that was initially postponed and later canceled. There was no formal communication from iTickets sent to my registered account email to inform me that the concert was canceled and when kept checking online it showed that it was scheduled for the 14/10/2025. Thereafte, whilst searching for the ticket download link I came across a notice that indicated that the concert was canceled and that I must contact a personal email related to Cool Concerts for my ticket refund. It's been a month and I have sent numerous emails to wynanddevilliers@outlook.com which was the email address given to request the refund. This is poor service and I am really irritated with the lack of response. I want my REFUND!!!
