I want my car fixed

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from MotorFlux. I initially took my car in for an engine oil leakage issue, but the problem was never properly fixed. The vehicle is still leaking, and to make matters worse, a new issue has now developed — the car is consuming water excessively. What is even more frustrating is that I was using a warranty plan, yet I was still asked to pay R10,000 upfront. After spending that amount, the original problem remains unresolved and the condition of the vehicle has actually worsened. I expected professionalism, proper diagnostics, and quality workmanship, but unfortunately my experience has been the complete opposite. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. Major Damage to Engine - Very Dishonest!!!

i took my car in for a timing chain replacement… when i got it back, the car wouldn't idle and kept stalling. Leeto told me this was normal and i must drive it and give it time to fix itself. I took it somewhere else the following day to be checked and Leeto from Motor flux had replaced the timing chain incorrectly and bent the valves. Sitting with a major engine damage and bill to repair, Leeto wont take my calls and is always busy. he does not respond to my messages and has blocked me on WhatsApp. The day i booked my car in at Motorflux, there was an angry women shouting outside their workshop, saying they stole parts from her car and damaged her motor. Leeto said she was a not right in the head and joked about it. I wish i had listened to my heart and walked out that day taking my car somewhere else. The lady at Motorflux called Susan threatens you and Leeto ignores you.

Im very happy with the service I got

Im very happy with the service I got. I told them the challenge my car had, they had a look at it, gave me a quotation and I took my car the following day. I was told of each step taking place and when my car was ready I was called to collect it. Squeaky clean and fresh 👌🏿

MotorFlux PTY Ltd gave me peace of mind with my Havaal Jolion. The staff and management have patience, they diagnosed my car and identified the issue with brake pads, fixed it and now i am enjoying my car. Are you bothered by squeaky brakes? Motorflux is your solution😁😁😁

Attention to work

Received great service on a Nissan Almera, was misdiagnosed for engine mounting, MotorFlux doubled checked and didn't see an issue and found that the stabilizer links & tie rods were worn out, replaced them and issue was gone.

From the moment I brought my car in for repairs, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care from every employee I interacted with. The team was not only friendly and welcoming, but also incredibly informative – they took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my car, which really put my mind at ease. Throughout the entire process, I felt confident that my car was in good hands. And when it was ready, I was honestly blown away by the results. They didn’t just fix the issue – they went above and beyond my expectations. To top it all off, my car was returned to me freshly washed, which was such a thoughtful touch! Motorflux truly exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m so grateful for their excellent service, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!
