I want my car fixed

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from MotorFlux. I initially took my car in for an engine oil leakage issue, but the problem was never properly fixed. The vehicle is still leaking, and to make matters worse, a new issue has now developed — the car is consuming water excessively.

What is even more frustrating is that I was using a warranty plan, yet I was still asked to pay R10,000 upfront. After spending that amount, the original problem remains unresolved and the condition of the vehicle has actually worsened.

I expected professionalism, proper diagnostics, and quality workmanship, but unfortunately my experience has been the complete opposite. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
