ITS SOLAR & WATER HEATING
The ITS Solar website states "SA's leading Heatpump & Solar water heating supplier" BUT ! There is no after sales service. We are experiencing problems with our heatpump and contacted ITS in Capetown and explain the problem. We were told to bring the unit to there workshop in Capetown for inspection. REALLY??? No agents or backups for this product on the West Coast. Pathetic!!!

19 Sept 2023, 13:02Hello Alta I am sorry you feel like we have let you down, I responded to your original email and then sent it on to our tech department who gave a diagnosis of what the problem could be. The recommendation was that the unit should be brought in for a proper diagnosis and then quote on the repair. you then asked if we had any one we could recommend who could come out to see the unit to which I responded and sent you a list of dealers we recommended. You did not respond to me and now you have left us a poor review. I would like to assist you in solving the problem. The unit is 6 years old and out of warranty. We do have agent that service your area I was in the process of contacting them to call you.
