Worst of the Worst!

I purchased hair through Payflex from this merchant and was advised that the hair would be delivered within 7 days. 9 Days later and still no hair, no tracking number provided to me and no response! Shame on me for trusting Payflex to verify their merchants before recommending them to the public!Lesson Learnt!!!!!!
