I should have checked HelloPeter before using Itunes Vouchers.co.za! Paid then via eft on 20th Oct. Bank confirmed funds paid out. No response to their whatsapp number. No response to emails. Ended up using carddelivery.com. Received my US voucher within their promised 15 minutes of paying! I'm now going to see if I can cancel my order with iTunesVoucher. But not holding my breath!

I received my voucher code and an apology within 30 minutes of posting on Hellopeter!
Still no response to my WhatsApp query.
No response to my emails.
Coincidence? You decide.

I received an email from Donovan apologizing and blaming load shedding for the long delay.
He also offer a refund.
So, since load shedding is becoming a way of life in SA you may still want to consider using them if you're in a hurry for your voucher like I was.
