I am lodging this complaint because the handling of my late family member policy claim has become unnecessarily drawn out and unclear. The claim was submitted on 31 October and, despite sending every document requested (in some cases more than once), there is still no clear outcome or timeline.
Communication has been a major issue. Emails take long to answer, and each follow up sends us to a different person, which means we have to repeat information that the insurer already has. We have comp**** with every request, including affidavits and supporting documents, yet nothing moves forward.
At this point we need transparency. The insurer should provide a clear explanation and process the claim. Families should not have to chase updates during an already difficult time.
I am raising this publicly because we need a firm response, a final review of the file, and a clear decision. If this remains unresolved we will refer the matter to the Ombudsman and legal entities!
