I contacted this company for a loan on the 25th of July, they mentioned I would get a loan in 2days that I must accept 2 debit orders one for R97 and another for R350 I did that.

Ever since I was ignored on the progress of my loan end of August the 2 debit orders were deducted I called them and they said they cannot return the money as it’s for credit report whereas I did not get any credit report at all.

Today the 25th of Sept they’re still deducting R97 and I cannot dispute since it was a mandate. I’m sick and tired of these people!
